I’m trying to log into the mobile app but it keeps telling me that I don’t have an active subscription when I do. I can log in using a web browser with no issues, but the mobile app isn’t recognizing my subscription. Please help.

Hi Courtneyj, this happens when an email or password is entered incorrectly in Settings. On the Mobile app click on the 4 dots in the lower left and touch Settings. Then scroll down to see the login input. Thanks! Paul
