Do my ScanPower and Seller Central accounts sync with each ScanPower log-in?

 

Your ScanPower and Seller Central accounts do not necessarily sync with each ScanPower log-in, or even by clicking the SYNC NOW button.  The text on the LIST and REPRICE settings pages which states that we sync at log-in was written with an assumption that people only log-in once a day.  We do not sync at log-in if you log-in and out frequently.


If it has been less than 24 hours since the last sync or if there is a sync still in progress (a single sync can take up to a few hours), then we do not sync again.  If you click the manual SYNC NOW button located each of the LIST and REPRICE settings pages we will only initiate a new sync, if there is not currently a previous sync in process.  Syncs can take some time to complete - depending on the size of your inventory.
