I have created the shipment in ScanPower and converted it to Sent to Amazon (STA). The Ship from address goes missing from the shipment after converting to STA. What do I do?
This issue started occurring Jan. 28, 2024 and has been reported to Amazon for a permanent solution. However, for any shipment with this error, you can refer to the video below for the steps to progress and complete it in Seller Central.
