Issue: When you click on Print Item Labels, it does not print the labels.
The Error:
When you Right Click on the screen and click inspect, you will see the below error on the console.
Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot destructure property 'id' of 'e[(t.printer-label || "dieCutLabelLayout")]' as it is undefined.
Why?
This usually occurs when the printer is not setup correctly. This happen mostly with Dymo Printers while printing the Item labels in PREP & SHIP.
What should you do?
- Go to Setting > PREP & SHIP> Printing,
- Change the label type to a different label type, Save it.
- Then change it back to the original label type, Save and try again. This should resolve the issue.
