Cancellation Policy


1. FREE trials:

If you have an active ScanPower subscription, you will be automatically charged at the end of your free trial period. If you do not want to be charged at the end of your free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial end date. You will still have access to your account through the trial end date.

 

2. Renewal Policy for Monthly Subscriptions

Payments are charged at the beginning of a subscription. If your payment is declined, we will attempt to charge the payment three days later. If second attempt is declined the subscription will be canceled and service will be suspended.

You can manage your billing by logging in to your ScanPower account and going to: Settings -> Account -> Subscriptions
Until you cancel, billing will continue automatically each month.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, you can do so at any time by going here:

It is YOUR responsibility to cancel your subscription.  Sending an email request for cancellation does NOT count as a cancellation.

If you choose to cancel, your subscription will expire thirty (30) days from the last processed payment (the end of the billing cycle). Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

 

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions require a one-year commitment and full payment up front in order to qualify for the discounted rate. Annual accounts cancelled prior to the end of the subscription period are terminated at the beginning of the next Billing Cycle Date for the account. Prorated refunds will not be granted.

At the end of the annual subscription period, the account will automatically default to a monthly subscription unless you submit a request to remain on an annual billing cycle.
