"No Listing Exists" ribbon will appear for the items in the batch which does not have existing listing in Seller Central.
Once you have all the items in the batch, click on "Create Listing" at the bottom of the page.
This is take couple of minutes to update the Product feed and the Inventory feed status to Success and this ribbon will go away.
You can then create the shipments for these items.
