You need to check two things:

  1. Log into Seller Central and make sure that your 2D barcode setting in SC FBA Settings is ENABLED.
  2. Log into ScanPower, open BoxT, click on Settings and ensure Print 2D Barcode Labels is ENABLED.

If both are enabled and you are still unable to print please contact support at support@scanpower.com or open a support ticket via the HelpDesk.
