You are getting an ACCESS DENIED error message because the MerchantID we have associated with your ScanPower account is being rejected by Amazon when we try to pull the item information. You can attempt to remedy this by re-establishing the link between your ScanPower and Seller Central accounts. To do this:
- close the ScanPower app on your mobile device completely. If you are unsure how to do that then restarting your mobile device will suffice.
- log on to ScanPower from a computer at https://unity.scanpower.com
- navigate to https://unity.scanpower.com/mws/ and follow the prompts
If after re-establishing the link between your ScanPower and Seller Central accounts, the error continues, please contact Seller Central and inquire as to why they are denying access to your MerchantID via their MWS API.
