Our information in SCOUT and/or MOBILE comes directly from Amazon's MWS API. If the information is not correct (e.g. the category is wrong or the item description has an error, etc) it is because the information corresponding to the item is incorrect on Amazon's MWS API. To have it corrected you need to contact Seller Central Support and let them know of the error for the item when requested via their MWS API.
