• When starting with ScanPower Report, you may want to upload previous data to give all of the statistics and data we provide some context from your previous operations. 
  • While going forward, your reports should update automatically, this article will guide you through the process of manually adding Settlement Reports from Amazon retroactively.
  • First, log into Seller Central.
  • On the main page of Seller Central, you will see the heading Reports at the top of the page, hover over this and then click the option Payments from the menu that appears below it. 
  • Once on this screen, you will see a list of available Settlement Reports, and on the right hand side you will see buttons which are used to download them.



  • Make sure you click on Download Flat File V2 for each of the files you wish to add to your ScanPower records.

**Please note that while most of our upload operations are in CSV or XLS format, the flat file V2 may download with a .txt extension. This file should be uploaded in the original .txt format.

  • Once you have downloaded the files that you want to add to ScanPower, navigate to https://unity.scanpower.com/report/upload or REPORT > SETTLEMENT REPORT UPLOAD from the ScanPower toolbar.
  • There you will see the box that allows you to either click and select or drag files to upload.


  • You will receive this message if your upload was successfully received:



  • Simply click ok, and the information should process within minutes!
