How to Print Item Labels

Printing Item Labels While Listing

There are two options for printing item labels:

  1. Auto-print label on scan. Navigate in the top menu to Settings > PREP & SHIP, then select Printing from the menu on the left. Enable "Print item labels when listing," and item labels will print automatically when you scan or add an item to a batch.


  2. Manually print from the batch item. To manually print item labels, select the printer icon from the batch item. You can choose how many labels to print. If you entered expiration dates while listing and have the "Include expiration date on label" setting enabled, you will see the option to select the expiration date you want printed on the label.

Printing Item Labels While Packing

There are two methods for printing item labels while packing:

  1. Auto-print label on packing. Navigate in the top menu to Settings > PREP & SHIP, then select Printing from the menu on the left. Enable "Print item labels when packing," and item labels will print automatically when you scan or add an item from hte Unpacked Items List.


  2. Manually print item label using the printer icon. To manually print item labels, select the printer icon for the item. This function is available on the Unpacked Items List or on the item after it has been packed into a box.

Print Item Labels from Classic Inventory Management

To print item labels from Classic Inventory Management, first navigate to Classic Inventory Management under Inventory in the main/top menu.

Locate the item for which you wish to print an item label, then click the printer icon in the ASIN column.

How to Print Expiration Date Labels

  1. Auto-print label on scan. Expiration date labels can be printed automatically when listing into a batch or when packing, as controlled by settings. Navigate to Settings > PREP & SHIP in the main/top menu, then select Printing from the menu on the left. Under "Item Labels", enable "Print Expiration Date Labels When Listing" to print an expiration date label per quantity each time you scan or add an item to a batch. Enable "Print Expiration Date Labels When Packing" to print an expiration date label per quantity each time you scan or pack an item from the Unpacked Items List."


  2. Manually print from the box / unpacked items view. Click the print button for the item, enter the desired quantity, and click "Print Expiration Labels".

Printing expiration dates on FNSKU labels

  1. Go to Settings > Prep & Ship > Printing and check the "Print expiration date labels when packing" setting and save.

  2. Printing the FNSKU/Item labels using any method will print the Expiration date on the FNSKU labels.

Print FNSKU and/or expiration date label from a shipment unpacked list

  1. With the above setting enabled, select the shipment and go to " View unpacked items" at the bottom right of the page.

  2. Click on Print Icon

  3. Select the label Qty and print labels.

Print FNSKU and/or expiration date label from a shipment box (Box View)

  1. Click on the box which has the item

  2. Click on Print Icon

  3. Select the label Qty and print labels.

Print FNSKU label from a shipment (SKU View)

  1. Select the shipment and go to SKU View >SKU View and click on Print Icon.

  2. Refer the article: Packing in SKU view to print and pack in SKU view.
