You may occasionally encounter the following error while creating or progressing a shipment in Prep & Ship Amazon in ScanPower:
“Carrier estimate is not yet confirmed – Cannot Print Labels”
When this error occurs, label printing is blocked even though the shipment appears otherwise valid.
Why This Happens
This message is returned directly from Amazon during the shipment workflow. In some cases:
Amazon temporarily fails to confirm the carrier estimate.
The issue may resolve on its own after some time.
In other cases, the shipment remains stuck and labels cannot be printed.
This behavior is inconsistent and controlled by Amazon’s API.
What You Should Do
If you encounter this error and are unable to print labels:
Do not cancel or recreate the shipment immediately
Contact ScanPower Support
Share the following details:
Batch name
Shipment ID
Screenshot showing the error message
Our team will apply the transportation reset and confirm the shipment again for you.
