The item not found message means the item you scanned does not have a product page on Amazon associated with the UPC/ASIN/ISBN you entered. You can double check this result by going to www.amazon.com and entering the UPC/ASIN/ISBN in the search field. If a product page does not exist you will get the same error message. If a product page does come up please let us know and we can research this issue.
