In order to change your password from within your ScanPower account please follow these steps:
1) Click on SETTINGS > ACCOUNT in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
2) Click on the light blue link that says Change Password.
3) Enter and verify your new password, then click SAVE.
You will see a 'SUCCESS' alert if your password has been successfully changed.
If you cannot log into your account:
1) Make sure that you are on the login screen with fields for your email and password.
2) Click on the blue link that says 'I forgot my password'.
3) Enter your email address and click on 'Reset Password'.
4) You will receive an email with a unique link that will allow you to enter a new password.
5) Enter your new password and click save.
6) Click on the login link to verify that the new password is working.
