Tags can be added at the Inventory, Batch, Batch Item, or Shipment level.

Inventory Level Tags

Tags added to the MSKU follows the MSKU and will appear any time you process that inventory. Inventory Level Tags can be added to the item while in Batch or in Shipment (in SKU view only).

  • Add MSKU/ Inventory level tag in the BATCH

    • Click the EDIT icon to edit the item in the batch. Click "New Tag" under the MSKU of the item, as illustrated here:

  • Add an MSKU/ Inventory level tag in the SHIPMENT (in SKU view)

    • Click on the print icon for the item you want to add tag (as illustrated below).

    • Click on "New Tag" for the MSKU.

    • Enter the tag name, change color and hit "Enter" and progress for that item.

    • The Inventory level tag will appear as illustrated below and you can add multiple tags to an item by clicking "New Tag".

Batch Item Tags

Tags added at the batch level apply to that item only in the current batch.

  • To add a Batch level tag, click the EDIT icon to edit the item in the batch. Click "New Tag" under the item title, as illustrated here:

  • Enter the tag name, change color and hit "Enter" and the tag will appear as illustrated below

Batch Tags

You can add Tags like "Ship after 30th Dec" , "Don't ship until.......... " or anything else on the batch, as required. Here is an illustration of how it looks and how to add it.

  • Click "Edit" on the batch

  • Click "New Tag"

  • Add Tag name and colour and hit Enter.

  • Add multiple tags, if required and save.

Shipment Tags

You can add tags on shipment as well. Here is an illustration of how it looks and how to add it.

  • Click "Edit" on the shipment

  • Click "New Tag"

  • Add Tag name and colour and hit Enter.

  • Add multiple tags, if required and save.

NOTE:

  • To add more than one tag, just click enter after each, and click "New Tag+" again.

  • Previously used tags will appear in a drop-down and may be selected for application.

  • To delete a tag, simply click the "x" on the tag while the item editor is open.

  • You can update the tags even after completing the shipment.
