The Global Search feature in ScanPower Purchase Orders allows you to quickly locate Purchase Orders by searching for products or Purchase Order identifiers. Instead of manually browsing through your Purchase Orders, simply enter a search term in the Global Search bar and ScanPower will display all matching Purchase Orders.
This makes it easy to locate a Purchase Order, verify an item, or continue working on an existing Purchase Order.
Supported Search Types
The Global Search supports the following search criteria:
ASIN
Product Title
Keywords
MSKU (Merchant SKU)
FNSKU
Purchase Order Number (PO Number)
How to Use Global Search in Purchase Orders
Go to ScanPower > Prep & Ship > Purchase Orders.
Locate the Global Search bar at the bottom of the page and remove any selected Purchase Order.
Enter any supported search value, such as an ASIN, Product Title, Keyword, MSKU, FNSKU, or Purchase Order Number, as shown in the image below.
Press Enter.
After performing the search, it displays all matching Purchase Orders that contain the item or match the identifier you searched for.
From the search results, you can open the desired Purchase Order directly and continue working on it.
Tips
Use the complete ASIN, MSKU, FNSKU, or Purchase Order Number whenever possible for the most accurate results.
If you don't know the exact identifier, search using part of the Product Title or a relevant Keyword.
If multiple Purchase Orders contain the same item, all matching Purchase Orders will be displayed.
