Overview
If you are unable to proceed due to transportation-related issues or need to refresh shipping options, you can regenerate the Transportation Options within your batch.
This process allows you to reload the available shipping options provided by Amazon.
When Should You Use This?
Use this method when:
Transportation options are not loading
You need to refresh shipping rates or carriers
You encounter errors during the Generate transportation step
Steps to Regenerate Transportation Options
1. Go to the Confirm Transportation Step
Open your batch
Navigate to the Confirm Transportation step
2. Change the Ship Date
Modify the Ship Date to a different date
3. Revert the Ship Date
Change the Ship Date back to the original date (if required)
4. Generate Transportation Options
This action will enable the “Generate Transportation Options” button
Click on it to regenerate the options
5. Proceed with Shipment
Once regenerated, select your preferred option
Continue with the shipment process
Important Notes
This process refreshes transportation data from Amazon
No need to restart the batch or cancel the shipment plan
Ensure all previous steps are completed correctly before proceeding
