If you see an error similar to this it means the prep information was set incorrectly:

Value '' at 'request.packageGroupings.1.member.boxes.1.member.items.4.member.prepOwner' failed to satisfy constraint: Member must satisfy enum value set: [AMAZON, NONE, SELLER]; Value '' at 'request.packageGroupings.1.member.boxes.2.member.items.3.member.prepOwner' failed to satisfy constraint: Member must satisfy enum value set: [AMAZON, NONE, SELLER]
You can usually fix the problem by clicking the Edit button next to the batch item and simply click Save to update the prepOwner on the item.
If the error reappears more then 3 times or it does not solve the problem, ScanPower support can help you bulk fix the batch items.
Please Note: Dont't create the batch in the Prep & Ship [Legacy] and progress it in Prep & Ship. This may lead to this error.
