Is there a complete shipment button at the end of the new workflow?

The new workflow (and API) in the Prep & Ship doesn't have a concept of marking the shipment shipped.

When you purchased shipping or enter non-partnered tracking, the shipment will change from WORKING status after the carrier picks it up.
