If your Net PayOut seems incorrect you can refresh it.  Doing this will force the system to recalculate your Net PayOut. If your Net PayOut still seems inaccurate after doing this please contact Support at support@scanpower.com or open a support ticket at https://help.scanpower.com

To refresh your Net PayOut click Alt (or Option on a Mac) + click on the Net PayOut (above the shipment item grid).
