If your subscription was cancelled due to a payment failure and you have verified/changed/updated your card and billing information in our system then all you need to do to reinstate your account is resubscribe. Instructions are below.
You can resubscribe by signing into: https://unity.scanpower.com
- Go to (https://unity.scanpower.com/account/subscriptions/): SETTINGS > ACCOUNT
- Then click on SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Here, depending on you use history from your last billing period, you will have options to resubscribe. Simply choose the desired tier options which are available to based on your past use and select SUBSCRIBE
