The message, This operation may be partially successful, Please check the status. is coming from Amazon and unfortunately they do not give us any information as to why they are sending it and hence preventing the listing. When you get this message you have two options: 1) contact Seller Central to inquire about the message or 2) messages like that are often temporary; you can wait and try to list the item in a few hours. However, if the message continues you will have to contact Seller Central to find out why the item is triggering the message.
