This solution refers to changing the condition when it was incorrectly entered as well as changing the condition of a REPLENISHMENT item at a new condition.


Entered Incorrectly - Need to change:

Once an item has been added to a shipment you cannot change the condition, as that affects the MSKU that has been created and already sent to Amazon.  This is done so Amazon can determine to which fulfillment center the item should go. 


To change the condition of the item you need to delete it from the shipment grid and re-enter it.  After deleting the item and entering the UPC/ASIN/ISBN in the item search field in the upper-left corner the LIST ITEM pop-up will appear.  To re-activate the Condition drop-down simply double click on the MSKU field and edit the existing MSKU to create a  new one.  For example, if you want to list this DVD as LIKE NEW you could add "_LN" to the end of the MSKU which would re-activate the Condition drop-down.


Replenishment Item at a different condition:

After entering the UPC/ASIN/ISBN in the item search field in the upper-left corner the LIST ITEM pop-up will appear.  To re-activate the Condition drop-down simply double click on the MSKU field and edit the existing MSKU to create a  new one.  For example, if you want to list this DVD as LIKE NEW you could add "_LN" to the end of the MSKU which would re-activate the Condition drop-down.
