If your account is not syncing it is most likely because your
ScanPower account is not linked to your Seller Central account. To
check this do the following:
- Log-in to ScanPower
- Click SETTINGS > ACCOUNT
In the top section of your account page you should see your Merchant ID.
If there is nothing there then your accounts are NOT linked. To link them go here: https://unity.scanpower.com/mws and click
on CLICK HERE TO BEGIN. The process is quick and easy and we walk you
through the whole thing. It will take you to Seller Central to link
your account with your ScanPower account.
