The "Authentication Required" message generally means you need to enter or re-enter your ScanPower log-in information.    If after following the instructions below you are still unable to log-in you need to test your username and password combination at https://unity.scanpower.com.  If you are unable to log-in there you may need your password to be reset.  If that is the case, please click the "I forgot my password" link on the log-in screen or let us know and we can rest your password for you.


Phone/iPad/iPod: Go into your phone settings, and scroll down until you see the option for ScanPower. Click on it, and enter your user name (email address) and password.



Android: Go to Menu -> Settings in ScanPower, and enter your login information here.
