Has anyone else had a problem with their item labels not being scanable in BoxT? My scanner works fine on book barcodes but on item labels it will not scan approx. 1 in 15 even if I reprint the label. I bought a new scanner, cleaned the Dymo LW 450 turbo, and i have contacted Scanpower about adjusting the format on the barcode to make them a little longer. I had a Brother printer that used the whole label for the barcode where as the Dymo is using only half the width of the label. I don't want to buy a new printer just to discover it's an application or browser issue. I'm wondering if this is causing some of my "mystery" stranded inventory.

This was solved with our Dymo Direct Printing feature.
