Below are instructions for transitioning FBA / MFN inventory Cost and Sales data from Inventory Lab to ScanPower.
Navigate to the Inventory Lab Import page:
There you will find instructions to export and convert to Excel format (XLSX) for FBA Inventory and FBA Sales report data from Inventory Lab and likewise you can export the MFN Inventory and MFN Sales from IL and import into ScanPower in Step 3 and Step 4.
EXPORT YEAR TO DATE (YTD) DATA.
Follow the steps closely. After uploading data to ScanPower you will receive notifications when each report is processed.
The FBA Inventory and MFN Inventory can be imported in Step 3 — Import FBA Inventory and likewise the FBA Sales and the MFN sales can be imported via Step 4 — Import FBA Sales
Once complete, your current inventory will be updated with cost, source, and purchased date information. Orders for the last 90 days will also be available with COGS.
Please note that it may take several hours for the information to populate, depending on the size of the file.
Moving forward, ScanPower will maintain your costs and calculate COGS for order using FIFO accounting.
