The ERROR: Something went wrong. Please try again later. comes directly from Amazon. It typically happens when low quantities of MSKUs of different product types are in one or more pack groups. Products such as aerosols, oversize, hazmat, etc. typically do not ship to the same IXD / Fulfillment Center. Because shipment plan includes MSKUs in quantities less than 5, Amazon initally groups them together in the same pack group. This causes an error when the placement options cannot be resolved. Most IXDs cannot accept hazmat/flammable/aerosol or oversized products.

To resolve:
1. Download the Pack List(s) if the items are already packed.
2. Cancel the Shipment Plan.
3. Filter the batch by Flammable/Oxidizer, Aerosol, or Oversize
5. Create the Shipment Plan for both batches.
6. (optional) Make a copy of the Pack List spreadsheet for the original pack group
7. (optional) In the copied file remove all the rows except the items moved to the new batch.
8. (optional) In the original Pack List file remove the rows for the items copied to the new batch.
9. (optional) Upload the Pack List(s) in Step 2.
