In the past, there was a separate checkbox to create the case packed quantity for an item in batch. When check, it would cause a case-packed shipment shipment to be created and the item would need to be packed based on the quantity in case.

Effective Dec 20, 2024, with the new version of Prep & Ship (and the new Amazon API), case pack information is no longer required. In the new pack first workflow, you provide box content information before creating shipments by selecting "Provide box contents up-front" in "Step 1: Confirm Inventory to Send", pressing "Create Shipment Plan", and then packing the items into boxes in "Step 2: Pack".
